The Kings Grant Homeowners Association is interested in securing bids for the maintenance of the lawn around the community meeting barn.

Cutting grass in common area around barn.

Mowing of grass in area of barn and tenant house.

• Work to be performed approximately every 14 days as needed. (open area across the road from barns included.)

• All structures and fences to be trimmed with a string trimmer monthly.

• Bush hogging of pasture up to three times.

Bids are to be submitted in writing to Donna Mullins on or before March 30, 2002.
