Request for Proposal #1

The Kings Grant Homeowners Association is interested in securing bids for the replacement of a door on the meeting barn.

Removal of existing entrance door to meeting barn and installation of new customer supplied door. 

• All miscellaneous supplies and hardware to be supplied by successful bidder.
• Successful bidder is to ensure that building remains weather tight at all times.
• All work to be performed in a workmanlike manner and to conform to local building codes.
• Primer coat of pain to be applied on all exposed wood.
• Trash and other debris to be removed by successful bidder.
• All work to be completed within 14 days of notification of successful bid.

Bids are to be submitted in writing with appropriate drawings to Donna Mullins on or before 11/15/2001.
