Kings Grant Homeowners Association Board of Directors Meeting

October 2, 2001 7:00 pm

 

Attendance:             President Neil Darling

                        Vice President Alan Dalton

                        Secretary Marcus Thomas

                        Treasurer Lisa Whit

                        Director Donna Mullins

  1. The President moved to enter Executive Session to discuss a letter from a lot owner. The motion was seconded by the Vice President and was unanimously carried.

  1. The President read a letter to be sent out to all lot owners proposing a lot clearing day. No motions were made.

  2. The Secretary presented a new rule to deal with parking. Director Donna Mullins moved to accept the new rule as written. Lisa Whit seconded the motion and the motion was unanimously carried.

  3. The Vice President motioned to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by the President and unanimously carried.
