Kings Grant Homeowners Association Board of Directors Meeting Date/Time: 7/21/2001 12:00 pm Notice of Meeting: Reference KGHOA Bylaws Section 4, Article V “The Board of Directors shall hold its annual meeting immediately after and at the same place as the annual meeting of the members." Presence of Quorum: Directors present were: Marcus C. Thomas and Neil Darling. No quorum was present. New Business: Selecting of KGHOA BOD Officers. No quorum being present, no business was conducted. Adjournment: By a vote of 2-0, Meeting 1 of the 2001/2 KGHOA BOD was adjourned. Approved: 7/28/2001 by a majority vote of Directors present.
