In the late 1980s, Chuck found himself transplanted to the middle of the
'Cowboy Belt.' After recovering from culture shock, he found much
to enjoy and even admire about 'The Cowboy Culture.' Using an affectionate
outsider's glance, Chuck has tried to 'marry' rodeos, barbecue, and pickups
to cultural icons, both high and low.

Chuck's theatre background includes acting more than 40
stage productions as well as the movies Fandango and Dune.
Those wishing to view his film work will need a VCR with an incredibly
good 'pause' button or a DVD player. In addition to writing for the
stage, he is a published poet, essayist, and short story writer.
