Thank you for stopping by. Our names are Dian and Jason Pendergrass and we are to be the founders of Kimberley's Buddies, a chapter of the Andrew'sBuddies/FightSMA, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating a treatment for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. We are so anxious to get started on Kimberley's Buddies we are putting up this page now before we have Kimberley's Buddies completely set-up. We will be working through Joshua's Buddies, another chapter of FightSMA until we can find a tax lawyer to set up our own Federal Tax ID for Kimberley's Buddies.

Spinal Muscular Atrophy has transformed from a poorly understood disease, to one that is almost miraculously on the verge of treatment. FightSMA has provided hope and help to more than 20,000 children across the nation that suffer from the tragedy of SMA.

Most of all, we are writing this as parents, asking for your help in saving the life of our 21 month old daughter, Kimberley who was diagnosed with SMA February 1st of this year.
