Race: This is a short one but lots of fun:  Start at the Alameda Naval Air Station parked on the runway, fly under the bay bridge, then to the right (north) side of Alcatraz, under the Golden Gate, then turn hard left and go around the tall tower at San Bruno Mtn. and land back at Alameda NAS.

Race: Another short but fun one:  Take off from Washington National (Reagan) heading south go under the W. Wilson Bridge, do a 180 back north,  then turn left behind the Capitol using it like a pylon, make a slight left turn at the Lincoln Memorial, and turn again at the Pentagon staying outside of all three land marks, land at Washington National again to complete the course.  This course is a lot of fun due to all the easily identifiable landmarks that are used as pylons.   If you like this kind of race let me know and I will set up more.
