My name is Lana. I am very happy to introduce myself to you. I am a native of Russia with Master Degree in Languages from Moscow University and total of 5 years of teaching experience.

We have one biological son and are in the final stages of adopting our daughter from Russia. In the process of adoption, and because my husband is American I realized that there is a genuine need to help fellow adoptive parents with the initial language barrier that they will encounter.

My family and I share a desire to help you with your new child from Russia. While, in time, he or she will learn to speak English, you will need to communicate some basic things with her.

My course is designed to give you the most useful words and phrases rather than teaching you in the traditional sense. Whether you want to learn a new language or just have a way to make your child feel at home with his new family, this course is designed with your needs in mind.
