The quoat above was based upon three decades of observations and interviews.; The quoat is but one of the several dramatic discoveries made during this time.
This was the signicant discovery I made while implementing the discovery process of the Foundation for Arab Israeli Reconciliation during the 70s-when it was active. Now defunct, never the less, recent times have indicated that it's need is, now, more critical. The significant factor is that there is too much political rethoric which is hurtful, and even hate based. Moreover, the private sector has withdrew itself from forming those of lines of free trade and sociocultural alliances, and their consequence in " not " instituting public institutions necessary to build the foundation blocks for peace.
Thus, discovery, or rediscovery of commonality is needed within the context of freedom from the political rethoric.

The ethnocentric centrality of eastern culture, Judaism being the first eastern centric form of observance which focused upon childrearing. This has commonality with the cultural behavior of the Arabs, Druzs, Kurds, and Iranians..

At the State University of New York at Buffalo, during the 1970s, Communications Department Professor, Dr. Gerald Goldhaber, created a parallel process which he labeled: Inter-Cultural Communications. Moreover, he built a successful consulting firm based upon his careful implementation of his process with in the pedagogy of academic institutions.
At the The State University College at Buffalo another process, the Creative Problem Solving Process was given it's special pedagogy to the academic world in creative solutions finding.
During the 60's, MIT was funded to explore the process The Critical Path Method. It was here, and based upon it's interaction with both the military establishment and the up-scale world of business and commerce, that it aided in both improving production management of supply and demand, and sharpely increase American military prowless on the battlefiield.
