Olivia laid in bed and drifted. Her thoughts chased each other, ranged freely from topic to time, past and present running side by each; faces half-remembered, songs, dim imaginings, friends and fiends alike, lovers and victims all passed as she watched, passive, not looking for a pattern, content to free associate in those few minutes before sleep.

She took a swallow from the glass beside her bed and her mind flashed to Jennifer Fulton with the can in her hand, then her mother with a wine glass. She put the glass down and shut her eyes. Her hands twitched with the memory of snapping home the cuff's on Jennifer's wrists, the slight tremble in her shoulders as she run through the miranda and knew it was time to start to direct her thoughts if she would sleep tonight. Just as she fought past the sensation of those touches, Casey Novak sprung up, smug, with hands on hips, strident with accusations of sloppiness. She remembered the easy rapport with Alex, and Abbie before her. Rapport, she thought, smiling, as Alex appeared, seemingly standing at the foot of the bed, naked, her arms crossed under her breasts. Abbie appeared then, curled beside her under the covers, and Olivia tensed as she felt the memory of a hand tracing small circles on her stomach and then up to her breasts. Olivia's hands slid over her nipples then and with her eyes closed it was Abbie's hand; her hand slid under her tank. Alex crawled up onto the bed and knelt over her and Olivia's legs spread until she a hand on her crotch rubbing her fingers over her briefs and she felt it was Alex, and Alex smiled at her, and Abbie pinched a nipple. It was then she saw Casey Novak, fully clothed, at the foot of the bed, the same dull expression of disbelief she usually had and Alex and Abbie both floated away, quickly followed by Casey.

Olivia's eyes popped open in frustration, and her hands stopped moving. She took a couple of deep breaths and she was alone again, wet and frustrated. She pulled herself back into her mind, fought past the vague waves of anger and she was once again standing in Jennifer Fulton's kitchen but instead of Jennifer Fulton there stood Casey Novak with the soda can in her hand. Olivia took the can from her and roughly turned Casey around. In her mind she spoke a very unusual Miranda. "Casey Novak, you interrupted something very important. You now have the right to help me finish what your predecessors started." She locked the cuffs onto Casey's wrists and turned her back around. "Do you understand what this means?"

Casey nodded and Olivia pulled her to her. She rested her head in the curve of neck and shoulder and smelled the perfume she had caught from Casey at the office. Casey jerked against the cuffs which rubbed her body again Olivia's. Olivia cupped her breasts and rubbed her thumbs around her nipples. "I think you know what I need from you, Casey," she said pulling of her briefs. Casey willingly knelt in front of her and Olivia felt a familiar pressure against her clit. It was steady, and felt more like fingers than a tongue. Building on her earlier arousal, it took little time for Olivia to climax and as she did Casey stood at the end of her bed, the kitchen gone, no longer cuffed, back in her standard isssue business suit. She smiled, shook her head and faded. Olivia, sated but surprised, turned onto her side and fell into an uneasy sleep.
