There was an intermittent scratching noise coming from the janitor�s closet. Few of the detectives even heard it at first, but it grew steadily louder, until it was replaced altogether by a loud banging on the door. Olivia and Elliot looked at each other. Olivia rose from behind her desk and walked out into the corridor just as a broomstick punched through the door. She opened the door of the closet and found a dishevelled Casey Novak holding the broom with a look of pure anger on her face.
"Casey? What happened?"
"Munch told me it was a new exit."
