333 Wacker Drive building with nice cloudy sky reflected on the surface of it's curved glass face. Take a little look at the view from the Adler Planetarium, Chicago. ---->>>>

Winter view looking northwest from adler planetarium, Chicago through trolley windows. The Smurfit-Stone Container building and the Prudential Building are clearly visible, as are the other buildings lining east Randolph.
One of my favorite buildings, 333 Wacker Drive.

It's hard to see in the original, rollover to view it, but the Picasso (actually, it's called "Untitled", by Pablo Picasso) is there, lurking in the dark. I fiddled around quite a bit, and accidentally happened upon this combo.

I like that it's as if the aura of its fame lights it from within, as if the object, the sculpture itself isn't the point, but the energy it emits is what's important and perceived.
Well now, this one came out very nicely indeed. I really like fooling around with filters, and this image had just the right contrasty kinda basics to work out well.

I had to pick up and select, individually, all the (now) glowing bits. Take a look at the original and see just how nasty a task this was! Being (a little) compulsive and overly focused can help, I guess. This image alone was worth the jaunt through downtown that night on the way home.
