Well, Victor can read IP Numbers. And he told me that he is
100% sure they were the same person.. which means Hec. and Maxwell's IP
Numbers are the same, which must be lucky if it was a "coincidence."
And the only reason I started talking shit to people from here is cause
they all came to CG first, knowing nothing that is going on, and insulted
me. So, I insulted them back. |

IP was banned. If they had the same IP, then he would have been banned,
too.

Admins _can_ read IPs, and they can ban people by either banning
their IP or by banning their user name. Victor probably banned Max's user
name, and that's prolly why he thought Max was Hecubus under a different
name (which is improbable, but not impossible).
I like the sound of that AIM chat room, BTW. Too bad no one's gonna
actually do it, because it makes them feel good to know that their arguments
are in full public view.

Either way you can do lots of things to change your IP; proxies,
different ISPs... Victor probably thought that was the case, if it didn't
matter.
