| The Bird of Prey was the backbone of the Romulan fleet throughout the late 23rd century. Not only were they the first mass produced Romulan vessel they were also the first vessel to incorporate the cloaking technology. They have since been replaced by the more powerful D'Deridex class warbirds. |
