| History In 2363 one of the most notable ships in all of Federation history, the USS Enterprise D, was commisioned to be the chief explorer of the Federation fleet. It catalogued hundreds of planets and dozens of new species including the Cardassians and the Borg. During the Dominion War the Galaxy class was used in the Federation's war fleets as one of the best of their offense armaments. |
