| The Klingons are a warrior race. They are typically bigger and physically stronger then most other races. Many species regard the Klingons as some what of a barbaric species due to their violent tendacies and almost primitive behavior. |
| In 2218 a disaterous first conatct between the Klingons and the Federation occured. This led to nearly a century of hostilities between the 2 powers. Eventually the 2 powers held several conferences to establish a peaceful coexistance. |
| Peace was finally achieved when the Enterprise-C was destroyed by the Romulans while protecting the Klingon oupost at Narendra III. |
