LCpl Robert G. Brown

It felt good being on a Marine base after all these years. To see that the old traditions are still firmly in place. And it makes you especially proud of being a Marine when you see the quality of the Marines that are being produced today. These men and women are truly the best and it is a privilege to be part of their heritage.

In memory of LCpl Robert Guy Brown, KIA on Operation Texas on March 21, 1966. LCpl Brown had been the acting artillery FO for Echo Company, 2d Battalion, 4th Marines. He had just turned 19.  Semper Fi.
