This is me and Pfc Ben Mauerman on Double Eagle. 2/4 had just settled in on a hill and was preparing the defensive perimeter for the night. This was one of the few times during these days when the rain was not pouring down.

 
 

In memory of LCpl Robert Guy Brown, KIA on Operation Texas on March 21, 1966. LCpl Brown had been the acting artillery FO for Echo Company, 2d Battalion, 4th Marines. He had just turned 19.  Semper Fi.
