Pass A75 Power Amplifier

INTRODUCTION

I have completed the driver stage and power supply cards at the time of writing. The input differential stage are matched to within 0.1 v Vgs from a population of only 12 MOSFETS (6 N-channel, 6 P-channel). The voltage gain and cascode stages are unmatched IFRP 610/9610. All MOSFETS are sourced from International Rectifier. I used Rubicon Black Gates for the 4.7uF decoupling capacitors. Due to difficulty in sourcing the P-channel output MOSFETs, I may end up using this as a preamp, balanced of course.
