74. Duncan⁴ Purdon (William³, William², Robert¹) (#1410) was born in Lanark County, On April 19, 1869. Duncan died February 5, 1955 in Creelman, Sk, at 85 years of age.

He married Sarah Ann Proven in Dalhousie Township, On, May 25, 1896. (Sarah Ann Proven is #1411.) Sarah was born November 19, 1871. Sarah was the daughter of Alexander Proven and Annie Fair. Sarah died May 19, 1955 at 83 years of age. Her body was interred in Antler, Sk.

Duncan Purdon and Sarah Ann Proven had the following children:

+ 303 i. Cora Caroline⁵ Purdon was born October 4, 1897.

304 ii. Archibald William Purdon (#1438) was born in Lanark County, On March 14, 1900. Archibald died February 14, 1919 in Antler, Sk, at 18 years of age. His body was interred in Antler, Sk.

+ 305 iii. Blanche Evelyn Purdon was born September 3, 1901.

+ 306 iv. Hazel Amanda Purdon (still alive).

+ 307 v. Winnifred Mabel Purdon (still alive).

+ 308 vi. Malcolm Purdon (still alive).
