This genealogy of the Purdon family is taken from a GEDCOM file sent to me by my wife's (Joyce Purdon), cousin, Allan Falconer, who has compiled a very impressive record of the Purdon family in North America. The GEDCOM was made into a family tree file with the Ultimate Family Tree genealogy program. This online family tree was created by the aforementioned Ultimate Family Tree. It can also be seen in a different format on Allan Falconer's web page.
I'm partial to the pages UFT creates and think they are quite handy, intuitive,and useful in general. I like them enough to keep UFT on my machine although Family Tree Maker is my main genealogy program. I have had a lot of trouble with UFT crashing on my machine, (which may or may not be a problem with UFT), and many features that don't work as a result but I really like the pages it produces. If you spend a
little time moving around on this page and get used to it I believe you will like it too!
