This pub is by the port. If you can arrive early enough, one would have a great view of the Port of Hualien. If you are interested in going to Hell, I would visit this place to find out what you are getting yourself in for. This place is hotter than Mexicali Tabasco. I have been told several times "the AC will be installed next month".
Desiree and Debbie are the babes behind the bar. I once took a piss in the ladies room here. The doors are not marked too well. If you know the difference between left and right and not as drunk as I was, you should find the correct door.
Heine's are cold and plentiful, great music, tables outside, and the Key West atmosphere makes Enigma a must see.
