Kelso's QND Walkthrough

The bottom part of the raygat2.qnd was a type of code called Beale Cipher. I am not familiar with this but basically players used the numbered sequence and matched up the letters/words from the MARA.QNC file in the matrix and this is what they got.[I have highlighted in red the good stuff]:

It appears Thomas Anderson and Riley Odole are our guilty guys. They have framed Ray and they are apparently going to be getting a Promotion unless we help Ray out. Very Cool. [ This code stuff is hard ]

At this point players fired off emails to Themis Strim in hopes of getting a response.....We Did!

I have received, reviewed, and verified your prior email correspondence.
While there is much I cannot share, I can say that a “thank you” is
in order. You have played a tremendous part in clearing the name of a good man. Of course, it is Raymond Gatin of whom I speak. Thanks to his quick thinking and your swift response to his communications, an innocent, hard working man has been cleared of some very serious charges.

I admit though, this victory is somewhat bittersweet. Unfortunate it is. It
appears both T. Anderson and R. O’Dole have slipped into hiding as a
result of the deciphered message making its way through the “vast space” of the Internet. Don’t worry, they will, indubitably, be found. In the meantime . . . beware. I do not know to what extent T. Anderson and R. O’Dole are aware of your involvement.

But let us not dwell on the negative! I find your ongoing, unstoppable
“can- do” attitude near remarkable. Eventually, all deserving tries have
involved something you ordinarily, undoubtedly demand . . . excellent skill. Even rare, “very exceptional” attempts need appreciation. Great! Enjoy nothing today like our giant “insider network.” OK, maybe not. But, as a token of my personal appreciation, I would like to send you a little something. If you would be so kind as to send your name, address and phone number, I will see to it that I mail you something most expeditiously. This information will be treated as all information here, 215 MI 5/408(10) compliant.

WOW! So now Ray has been cleared and Themis wants to send players something as a thank you....
If you were in the top 20 players at the Virtuquest website you then received a package with a T-shirt inside. BTW, can someone send me a photo since I did not receive one... just for fun :-)

Very interesting.

The first place finisher received a $100.00 cash prize. Very cool.

We were also informed that even thought we players cleared Ray Gatin, the two main baddies, Tom Anderson and Riley Odole had left town and were missing. This of'course leaves the door open for
Chapter Two -----------> GO!
