Shortly after {about two days} we started to receive interesting email

Once you read this once or twice you notice that the wording is odd in spots, so then look for a hidden message...we find this:

If
you take the first letter of each word beginning with the words "to
our respected " through "excellent deductions" you can
read the message above. :-)
Enter RAY GATIN and QND!
Shortly after the message from Tina Gray players began receiving messages
from the agent known as Ray Gatin from the Quantum Network Department.
| You
hhave been identified as a participant in an L3-AQC-AAC study. It
is our duty at QND to inform you of certain rights that may havee been viollated. Effective March 8, 2003, in accordance with authorization of the Quantum Network Director of Pprivacy, it is requested that all internet-based L3-AQC- AAC studies be applied for, approved by, and mmonitored by this governing body. This proceess will replace 215 MI 5/408(9) and is being logged as 215 MI 5/408(10). If the study you participated in did not state that it was operating under 215 MI 5/408(10) your rights may have been violated. Know your rights and be on the alert while participating in future internet based studies. Let this memo serves as notice for any such future activity. You, are entitled to the following background regarding the L3-AQC-AAC study. As the need, for privacy security and confidentiality continues to rise QND will continue to, monitor and uphold the rights of individuals. Through thorough investigation and review, QND, will respond quickly and efficiently and in the process compile a messaging, system to communicate with individuals in reference to questionable activities. Regarding 215 MI - 5/408 (10) violations rest assured the infracting company has been notified and issued a pass, to apply for the correct approval over the next 90 days. Such companies are in a word, on-probation until such approval is, granted. Please proceed with caution. This is hopefully the last communication you will receive regarding this matter. In above email two things have been found:
1] Double letters spell "Help Me"
2] Words before comma are message:
"You need to review qnd messaging Password is
remember"
With that the QND aspect of PLAY was now active.Using the password Remember, players were granted access the QND Messaging link on QND.
Yippee!
One inside the QND Message Log file you were treated to administrator
account log access. Basically it was like reading everyone's instant
messages to one another. However, the presentation was very tedious
and a pain in the @#% to read.

Somewhere in the first message log we find a code like below. If you
read the columns you can get the answer:
