My name is Kathy (or Kat) and I graduated in December 2000 with a Bachelors of Arts with a double major of Psychology and Criminology.

Right now I work for an online company doing tech support and have been for 6 years.

I plan to get started on my career path and graduate school in the VERY near future. I want to eventually specialise in criminal profiling with local law enforcement, the FBI, or even New Scotland Yard. My life has been very chaotic up until maybe my graduation from university. Lately I have been working on a few websites for local companies: Sycamore Street Soap and Camera & Darkroom. I have many hobbies: listening to music, collecting cds, crocheting, making bracelets, making cards, playing computer games, writing backwards, going to the movies, writing poetry and short stories, going to plays and operas and concerts, and I LOVE to travel.

One of the places I have been to is Peru. During Christmas and New Years of 1999-2000, my grandma and I did some volunteer work with "CHOICE Humanitarian" on Taquile Island which is on Lake Titicaca. I finally got my Peru Scrapbook done! It took me awhile to find out what photo hosting site had the ability to create long picture descriptions. Here is my Peru Scrapbook!

I got a kitten on the 29th of June 2001 (at 8 weeks old) and her name is Kayley. I also have a dog named Allahbastre (Allie for short) but my grandma owns her now because I live in an apartment. I picked Allie out of a litter of puppies a friend of a friend had when I was a about a junior in high school. Even though she is mostly all black, I named her Allahbastre (my spelling) because it was what we were working with in art class at the time and it was the opposite of her colour. She had PARVO and with a vet's help she was able to survive the deadly disease! I only got to have her from around either the end of 1992 or beginning of 1993 until 1994 when everything got turned upside down. I see her every time I visit my grandma. In August and September of 2001, my Grandma lost two animals, Marmalade and Patches. Here is a link to their tribute.

I have one younger brother (here is a link to his website, and a mom (duh!). I also have a grandma who has helped me and my family through a lot in our lives. My grandpa also helped us tremendously (both financially and lovingly but very firm) but he died in 1998. He was a retired specialist in adult internal medicine both in private practice and most of the local hospitals. After retirement, he started working again as an insurance administrator at a local hospital. I have two uncles and one aunt that I stay in touch with.

I have a digital Camera!!! I have been wanting one for many years now and I finally bought one. Here are links to the pictures I've taken so far...

I am very picky about what tv shows I like to watch and i will have a list of tv shows and favorite movies soon.

I also like to spend time online researching and using various IM and chat programs. I go on Yahoo, AIM and sometimes Everquest. If you would like to know my names on these services, please email me.
