These are some of my poems that I have written from 1994 to the present.

Untitled
I walk alone
not knowing where to go
it is too dark
there is nothing to see
it is blinding me

Untitled
Fire burning bright
want a little sunlight?
Burning, burning fast
Don't you wish it could last?
I don't know where to go
I wish you would know
Where am I?
Just look at the sky

"Deadly"
The sun rising in the east
What is there but to kill the beast?
Everywhere, somewhere,
I don't know where.
Where, where did he go?
He must be here awhile ago.
Wait, there over there, hidden
amongst the leaves
He is lost, he is lost
never to return at any cost

"Ripped Heart"
Spinning, spinning
forwards, backwards
all around, all around
I can't sit down.
It hurts, it hurts too much
Can't I lie down just for a second?
I need to rest!
Look at my chest!
Don't you see?
My heart is ripped
for no one to see
but you.

"Empty"
Where did you go?
Where was I?
I was here.
Lost, lost but I have begun
to find my way
without you.
Now, back?
I don't know
if it can be the same.
Are you lost?
Can you find your way?

"Wanting You"
Lonely, very lonely
waiting for something
that might never happen.
wanting, needing,
the need to touch
a touch of reality.
Is this a dream
or could I actually
have you?
Please, tell me!

"The Unknown"
The fire is too cold...
How can we get warmer?
The water is melting
into the ground near your feet.
Where is the shovel?
Let's dig a hole...
Reach your hand inside and pull him out.
Where did she go?
We lost him.

"Individual Soul"
help! I'm drowning!
water is building
in my dreams
Shake the soul tree
where will it go?
Does it exist?
Things we cannot grasp
are blinding me

"Destruction"
The trees on the far side are growing
all the flowers are dead
The dog died here
all became lost that day
The boy was screaming
all the clouds turned black
The rain never stopped coming
all the fish drowned
The houses were destroyed
all the frogs started hopping
The thunder finally stopped

"Death"
All tied up and bloody
the ground all muddy
mosquitos flying round and round
she was two feet off the ground
numb and near to death
she gasped, gave her last breath
nothing left to see
she passed right before me

"The Windows"
shadows in the dark
the lighter gives a spark
the music was bad
she remembered her dad
jogging in place
they all needed some space
dancing children in the park
come one and make your mark

"Shifts"
The skies were red
when I saw you.
no clouds that day.
the ground shifted.
water ran under my feet.
he was a small boy...
maybe that is how it
happened.
rainbows formed but
no one was there to see them

"Flies"
benches throughout the street
grass under your feet
lady bugs in the air
she never did care
flying by on a whim
he never knew she saw him
flowers in the breeze
be careful, they make you sneeze

"Passing By"
The smell burns my tongue
oh, how I wish I was young
those were the days
now they are just a haze
watching children come and go
could it all be just a show?

"Just a Jungle"
I walk barefoot on the ground
wanting, waiting to be found
the little boy is coming near
he comes as if he has no fear
from way up high in the trees
he falls down on his knees
if he goes on past
I know this cannot last
Did you know they walk there?
By the ditch, near the tree
Don't look now...They might stare

"Rotation" (15 June 1998)
Conforming of the sphere
Rotating round justice
Running into brick walls
Correspondence of three souls
There is no system
Avoidance is a practise
Principles of the being
Moving into specific space

"Fragments" (16 June 1998)
Fragmenting life,
Pieces of old,
Interlaced with things of new
Shifting through the wind,
Buried by anguish
Lost to all who are blind
Uncovered with infinite detail
By only those who are true
Mounds of dirt as they transcend further
Along the path of stones

Untitled (2 July 1998)
The fire is running away
No clouds are out today
The future is burning bright
Will there ever be sunlight
Dark and hidden by the moon
He has to come out soon
It was all there by the sea
The last that was never meant to be
Will there be more?
All stripped to the core
Shadows of doubt
Things will never turn about

"Life" (7 July 1998)
Is death really a finality?
Memories past made new again
Everything gets held onto
All becomes vivid, livid
Nothing becomes everything
What once was buried, starts to surface
Broken ties become whole
Focus should be put on the journey that was made
Not the exit that was forced
Darkness will start to resemble light
Strength and the existence of love will keep the light alive

"The Garden of Darkness" (28 July 1998)
There is a garden that is always dark
The flowers are barely recognisable but always in bloom
Shadows cast past lives
Lives that once dwelled here
Basked in the soft glow of the hidden moon
This is the garden of the dead
They roam free, laughing in the distance
Dancing forms casting shadows over petals
It never rains, no water, the flowers thrive on death
There is companionship between the flowers and the dead
Music emanates out of the vastness of the garden
Flows to distant places where others can hear
It is eerie for those who do not know of the garden
The music illuminates the path for the chosen

"Lost" (25 October 1998)
He was always such a quiet boy,
No one ever knew he was there
He wondered if he was really invisible
It never mattered anyway

He used to hear music at night
He knew he was the only one
This music was meant for only him
It would comfort him to sleep

He knew this way could not be right
He often thought of leaving this life
No one would ever miss him
He would find more peace if he left

One night when the music started
He fell into its arms and it lifted him
He was carried off so softly into the distance
Leaving his tomb of silence

Hardly anyone thinks of him now
He could care less though
He is now living the life meant for him
A life they will never know
