Now all you have left to do is setup the bios. To do this, press DEL when the computer boots up and go through all the tabs and check to make sure all the drives all present. In the Advanced setting, make sure that you "Auto Configure" the hard drive and any other drives. Depending on what Operating System you are installing, select the proper boot devise to start the setup. If you are installing Windows 2000, select the CD-ROM as the first boot device because the Windows 2000 CD is a bootable CD which will load all the proper drivers. If you are loading Windows 98, then you should select the floppy drive as the first boot device and insert the floppy disc into the floppy drive and the Windows 98 CD into the CD drive. The rest should be pretty much self-explanatory. Good Luck and let me know if you have any questions. |
