| We all know that there have to be rules, so here they are! Please read them carefully before making any requests to save your time and mine! - You can only keep 6 items/quotes/scenes, etc. - When making a keeper request, please include the episode the item/scene/quote is seen in, or you can say "all episodes" for those items that are used in more than one (like Mal's brown coat). - You cannot keep body parts - You cannot keep anything obscene (my discretion) - You cannot keep something that is already being kept unless both parties email me and agree to a co-keepership, but then only two are allowed. - You cannot keep a person - You should not use a keepership on your signature line until you have been granted keepership by myself or my co-keeperqueen. We will make sure that the keeperships are granted as quickly as possible. - We will only disallow keeperships that do not follow these rules, but can add rules at any time if we feel they are needed. - You should only attempt to keep items from the show and characters. That is, items that have either actually appeared on the show or were mentioned on the show at some point. Don't try to pull one over on us. We have them on tape! - You should not attempt to keep items from the actors, crew, or Joss himself. This is a violoation of their privacy and will not be allowed. - Be respectful to the actors, the characters, fellow members of the posting board, and me. You will not get anywhere by being rude, so don't try! *** Please wait until 7pm central time on the Saturday after a new episode airs before requesting a keepership. If I read an email with a time stamp on it that is before that time, I will not consider the request! This is to allow our friends from all time zones to view the show before anyone snaps up all the good items!*** *** You can trade keeperships with others if both of you send me an email letting me know you agree to the trade and you can relinquish keeperships in order to request another one, but you have to keep an item at least one month before you can trade or relinquish it. This is so that I won't be constantly changing people's keeperships around on this site.*** Finally, have a great time requesting keeperships and using them in your signature lines. Let's try and be courteous about our use of our keeperships. One suggestion is to only use the "keeper" signature when you first post to a thread. If you post anymore in that thread, refrain from using it because most people will have already read it. Now, go Browse the keeper lists and see what everyone else is keeping. Most importantly, tell everyone you know about this great show called "Firefly"!! |
