Echolink adds an interesting aspect to Amateur Radio. It can be used to make contacts via the internet as well as send text messages. It can be tricky to set up, especially with firewalls and routers, but it can be done. Be sure to consult the Help section in Echolink. Also, visit their website for more information specific to your situation. You can download their Troubleshooter program to check your settings. |
