Programmer. I have been programming since 1980, am an expert Tech Support
Rep with over 6 years of experience to offer, and have performed a multitude
of MIS positions. During this time I have also written numerous technical
documents for end users. I am presently employed as a Technical Support Representative for Artisoft.
