   Maintain existing proprietary database and programs written in Visual Basic and
   MS Access. Create new interfaces to remove non standardized data entry and duplicate
   data entries in the system. Use out-of-the-box thinking to develop new ways to
   monitor data entered into programs and display varied interface methods to users to
   allow easier ways to use the newly created programs.

Software Support, Compass Health Care Inc, Tucson, Az, Mar 02 - Apr 04

   Maintain existing MS Access databases, create new databases to centralize forms
   required for passing data to CPSA. Use ODBC drivers to link to tables and pull
   information off of UB92 and HFCA 1500 records for use in data reporting. Created
   a standardized method of data entry and form manipulation, eliminating mountains of
   duplicated entries ender previous data entry system. Developed HIPPA compliant
   database and interface to enter medical records, view reports, etc. Maintained
   and redesigned original Web pages for better presentation and readability. Developed
   integrated database with Visual Basic interface to control access to data and how
   data was being input into the database.
