Sensouji,
Asakusa
One of the most beautiful things in
Japan, is the old Buddhist temples. Not only to Japanese people, but to
foreigners too. When you think of those temples, "Kyoto" and
"Kamakura" must pop in your mind. But in Tokyo it is "Sensouji
temple" in "Asakusa". First
you come to this gate with a gigantic "chouchin", an old Japanese
lamp hanging that says "Kaminari-mon" in Japanese characters.
Once you walk through the gate there begins a street called "Nakamise-douri"
which is filled with stores on both sides of the street, displaying unique
Japanese merchandise of all kinds.
Then comes another huge gate with a "chouchin" hanging that
says "Houzou-mon". This is the entrance to the main temple.
Shinjuku
One of the biggest city in Japan is Shinjuku. Shinjuku has many big shopping center and lots of good restraurant. Shinjuku has almost every thing what you need. Also, shinjuku is very beautiful in Christmas time becuase of the illumination. Many young couples go to shinjuku for romantic night in Christmas which is very different from Western culture.
Ebisu
Ebisu
is a kind of new place for people. Even though not many people who live
in Tokyo do not know what kind of place is Ebisu. However, Ebisu is very
fancy, and some people love Ebisu becuase there are not many people like
Shinjuku or other popular cities and quite. If you go to Ebisu you will
find many good things about Ebisu.
Tokyo Disneyland
Tokyo
Disneyland is very popular place to go if you are in Tokyo. Tokyo Disneyland
has new place which is called "Disney Sea". Disney Sea is different
from Disneyland. Disney Sea does not have many attractions but there are
many good restraunts and very beautiful illumination.
