The Kay Kare staff is made up of a group of highly qualified individuals dedicated to helping children learn and grow. All staff under go full background checks to ensure the safety and well being of your child. In addition most staff are certified in CPR and First Aid.

As Owner and Senior Staff, Kay has over 28 years of childcare experience and an Associates degree in Arts and Sciences. In addition she holds many certifications including Asthma and Allergy Essentials, Understanding Child Behavior, Dealing with Negativity, Building Self Esteem, Communications Skills, Emerging Literacy, Brain Development, Music and Movement and many more.

Another Senior Staff member, Ann, has 10 years of childcare experience and a Bachelors Degree. She holds many certifications including Asthma and Allergy Essentials, Celebrating Differences, Dealing with Separation Anxiety, Discipline that Works, and many more.
