Our Engagement (1/4)
He proposed to me on December 16th 2005. Adam flew down to Southern California to help me move (once again) back to Northern California. However, before our excursion north Adam (ever so casually) brought up that maybe we should take a weekend trip to San Diego – it would be nice to spend the weekend together before we hit the holidays with family and traveling. So, off to San Diego we went. The first day we were there we walked through the Victorian Village in Old Town, looking in shops and me of course taking pictures. Everything was very casual, no stress, very relaxing and me, well I was still clueless. As we strolled the streets hand in hand, Adam suggested we pick up some food and head out to one of our favorite beaches on Coronado. Sounded good to me, course I was hungry, who’s thinking about getting engaged? So we headed out to Coronado, we parked near the famous Hotel Del Coronado and wandered out to the beach to find our perfect picnic spot.
