Managing Director
Tom Haynes B.Arch M.A. is a passionate innovator and advocate for
sustainability in community development and built environment projects.
His global vision of sustainability is based on his continuing PhD
research into systems theory and architecture. He is a Director of
create innovation
which is promoting cutting-edge sustainability knowledge and technology
into Asia. Tom is Head of Research at Williams Boag Architects, which
has won AusIndustry and Australian Research Council Grants to undertake
Research and Development into sustainable design. He has created design
studios for Melbourne University exploring integrated approaches to
sustainability. Tom founded the Australian Green Development Forum
(Victoria), which is dedicated to creating sustainability within a
generation. Since 2004, Tom has been developing sustainability
initiatives for India, and has been involved with conferences in
Singapore, India, Australia, USA, including being a keynote speaker for
the Confederation of Indian Industry and the Indian Institute of
Architects. He has been invited to present at Enviro10 in Canada in
April 2006.

Bruce Hughes is an executive coach in face-to-face communication. As
well as private clients in business, politics and sport, Bruce’s clients
include Alphapharm, ANZ, Booz Allen & Hamilton (Munich & Beirut),
Canon, Clayton-Utz, Coca-Cola-Amatil, Ford, General Electric
(Bangalore, Delhi & Shanghai) KPMG, PwC (Auckland), Multiplex, Shell
(Kuala Lumpur & Hong Kong) and TUI Consulting (Singapore). With a
background as a professional actor in London, New York and Sydney, Bruce
moved into the corporate training world in 1992. In ten years he
conducted over five thousand hours of face-to-face coaching in
presentation skills, business development, conflict management and
client relationship development. Bruce is communication coach of the
highes calibre with a good humoured and interactive style and extensive
experience practical to draw on.

Suzi
Haynes has 20 years of industry experience as a dynamic production-coordinator.
Suzi’s experience has been in the area’s of entertainment, sporting and
educational events within Australia and internationally. She began her
career organizing merchandising and logistics for the Formula 1 Grand
Prix in Australia, France and Germany. This led to the organization of
major entertainment events, liaising directly with international
performers and their entourages. Suzi has also worked in the USA
producing corporate videos and coordinating a distant education program
for international distribution. Since 1992, Suzi has also coached
corporations in stress management, as well as working directly with
executives, recording artists and performers to reach their full
potential. She has a love of working with children and a vision of
facilitating sustainable communities with charitable organizations in
Asia.
