Fun, Casual Dinner Party!
Appetizers: Spinach and artichoke dip in a pumpernickle or sourdough bread bowl; antipasto platter.
Main course buffet: Lasagne with chopped spinach; penne pasta with grilled chicken and sun-dried tomato sauce; cheese tortellini with pesto sauce. Plenty of Italian bread and an extra-large salad.
Dessert: Hot apple puff pastry a la mode
Pancakes or French toast
Ham and cheese or spinach and bacon quiche
Mandarin orange salad with rice noodles and sweet ginger sesame dressing
English muffins, bagels or croissants
Fresh fruit
Tea, coffee and juice
Design a plentiful buffet: shrimp cocktail, veggies & dip, fresh fruit, cookies and hors d'oeuvres are perfect!
