Author's note: My mom said that her Mama was a quiet woman, who worked very hard at raising her family, which was hard on her physically. She was shorter, and had very small feet(about size 4), which she constantly had problems with later in life. Not surprising, with the four children she carried. Toward the end, she went to the doctor every week, for a foot massage. She complained (quietly) about frequent headaches, which was a sign of what was to come. She died of an aneurysm in her brain one night, after laying down to sleep. |
