Cliches of Morocco

In the souk, the stools are always very impressive.

Here is a series of "buchers" ...

the other stools are just as charming: spices, olives, and shoes...

The Moroccan hospitality is outstanding, as hosting travellers is part of the islamic religion itself.

We are easily invited for a cup of tea in the "living" room with the whole family.

We were suprised to meet many women on this second trip. Mentalities are changing very quickly, especially after some demonstrations in major cities for women's rights. On the left photo, Ben was surrounded by 6 women/girls! Which was nice.

Finally, toilets in Morocco have greatly evolved as well.

Most hotels (even low budget) have "sit on" toilets, and sometimes even have a brush (homemade!)

However, don't forget your TP becouse there is none at all!
