It is envisioned that by the year 2005, Kapitolyo High School shall have:
a. the exact number of school buildings with enough classrooms for its student population on a 1:1 classroom to section ratio.
b. all the necessary function rooms with the best facilities ( AVR, learning centers, art gallery, library, computer rooms, EMIS room, property rooms, clinic, guidance and NDEP centers, ecology room and others).
c. highly qualified teachers who are committed to the service and possessing strong moral fiber and emotional stability.
d. empowered studentry who are God-fearing, good citizens, intelligent and determined to meet the challenges of their future in the midst of globalization.
e. a research and development arm that will continually provide the school and its faculty fresh strategies and techniques of teaching adoptive of the current trends in the profession.
f. a closer tie with the families of the students that will ensure full cooperation and partnership in the education of the students.
