The Annual KAPI Conference serves as a forum on the current archaeological research and studies in the Philippines. Archaeological studies and research contribute to the understanding and appreciation of Philippine culture and history, and in the preservation of our cultural heritage. The conference aims to promote the development of archaeological science as a discipline in the Philippines and advocates awareness on the importance of protecting our rich archaeological resources. Open to all archaeologists, anthropologists, researchers, students and other professionals with a special interest in archaeology.
