| "Congratulations Ms. Jacobs. I wish you and Justin that best of luck, I'm sure he's going to be excited." Giving a weak smile, Amelia left the room and was greeted by Kelly who anxiously awaited. Kelly immediately jumped up from her seat when she spotted Amelia. The look on her instantly told her what was going on; Amelia was pregnant. For a couple weeks, she had been showing symptoms and had confided in Kelly that her period hadn't arrived yet. Amelia brushed it off as her possibly catching the flu and that cause her stress level was so high from planning a wedding that why her period had not come, but Kelly knew better and argued that she go and see a doctor. "Why the long face? You don't want the baby?" "No, it's not that. I'm happy, don't get me wrong, but, I kind of wanted to wait a little while longer until we had another baby. We're about to get married in a week and I find out I'm 4 weeks pregnant. Do you think Justin will be excited about this?" "Girl, Justin is going to be bouncing off the damn walls. He going to love it, especially since he'll be able to see his baby born and start from early stages." A pang of guilt hit Amelia's heart when Kelly said that. She was right. Justin hadn't experienced seeing his first child and she was feeling like it was her fault. After Kelly said that, she instantly began to apologize for bringing that up. "Kell's, it's ok. I know you didn't you didn't purposely bring that up. I just haven't been able to forgive myself for keeping Jisela a secret from J that long," she explained,"Let's go. I really hate doctor offices, its has this strange smell that gets to me." Laughing at her comment, Kelly and Amelia walked out, chatting about something more lighter. When she arrived at their home, she met Justin seating on the couch watching Sponge Bob with Jisela. Seeing how he was so loving and gentle with children made her heart warm and gave her the strength to tell him the news she received. She had been in the kitchen, fixing lunch for the two when Justin entered, standing behind her, he wrapped his arms around her waist and softly kissed her neck. "Hey baby, where were you this morning? I woke up and weren't beside me." She stopped cutting the tomatoes and turned around still in his arms. "I have something to tell you and I believe you'll be very happy." A smirk developed on his mouth as he awaited her statement. Laughing, she dug her head in his body and then looked back at him. "I'm pregnant." Justin's eyes, bugged out and a big bright smile appeared on his face. He lifted her up and spun her around creating loud squeals from Amelia. "We're having a baby...again. Hahaha. Is it a boy or girl? Wait, never mind, you too early to determine that," he rambled, going straight to the phone," We have to call mama, she's going to be so excited." Stopping him midway through the numbers, she just smiled at his excitement. She didn't think he would have been this excited, but she was glad he was. "I've already called all the guys, girls, and mama Lynn, and everyone else to have a little get together with us tonight. That's when we tell them," she laughed. "It's perfect. You're about to be Mrs. Timberlake and we have another baby on the way. Don't give me that look. It's not going to be perfect, but it feels that way to me. I love you," he softly spoke. looking into her brown eyes, he slowly went in to kiss her full lips. It was 6 o'clock and everyone had arrived on time like she wanted, Lynn, Paul, JC, Chris, Lance, Joey, Kelly with little Brianna and to her surprise, an old friend, Zahra had came as well. She had met up with her a couple of months ago and begged her to be apart of the wedding. Since the break-up of her and Lance, she had kept within distance of everyone surrounded with them. She heard it was very painful for the both of them, but tonight it seemed as if they might have been rekindling their love, which made Amelia happy to see Lance in love again. Clinking the wine glass lightly with a spoon, she aroused everyone's attention. "Ok, tonight I and Justin have gathered you all here to announce something very important to you." Looking towards Justin, he gave her a comforting smile, while lightly squeeze her left hand. "Everyone, Today I found out that I'm pregnant with our second child." An eruption of screams and hollering of excitement engulfed the room as Lynn, Kelly and Zahra went to hug her and Paul and the guys giving Justin his fair share of attention. "I knew you were going to knock her up before the wedding even came," chimed Joey. Everyone joyfully laughed at his comment. Back Home Chapter 32 |
