It was now the beginning of May and four months had past by since the day of Mr. Jacobs death. Amelia did exactly what she hoped, she hadn't returned to the home she once lived in and hasn't seen her family, but it wasn't her fault. There wasn't any effort on the other end of the bar by them what so ever. She thought the way her mother was making it to look like she wanted some part in her daughters life, that she was going to, but that didn't happen, especially the gift she received. The gift was nicely wrapped, it was an off white, gold trimmed, wedding photo album to hold their wedding pictures. It was breath taking. Mrs. Jacobs even went as far as to have their names engraved on the cover.

"No, no, no. That's not what I wanted. I wanted a six layered cake with the gold ribbons surrounding them, and blush and off white roses cascading down them. I've explained this to you people so many times. Are you sure I don't need to be there right now? I could come," sighed Amelia, listening to the women, who was trying to reassure her everything was under control. "Fine. I trust you guys. I'll be there to see what it look like next week at 2 pm." Hanging up, she groaned and banged her head against the table lightly. That's was how Justin and Jisela found her when they walked through the door after playing in the park.

"Mommy! Wha you doing?,"the little girl shrieked. Pushing herself off her father, she waddled her little feet towards Amelia. Justin smiled at the sight of her.

"Mommy is ok. She just a little stressed. Did you have fun with daddy?," she quickly explained. At the question, Jislea's eyes light up.

"We had f-fun! We go to the park and play on the swingy," she explained, turning to her father," Ride daddy?"

"Yes, we sure did honey. I'm going to take you out again sometime and we're going to have much more fun," he promised, sitting himself at the table with Amelia, who gave him a weak smile. "Babygirl, go into the playroom play with the toys. We'll join you in a few." Nodding her head, she walked to the door on the right of refrigerator, which was made into playroom for her to keep a close eye when Amelia was busy cooking.

When Jisela as inside, out of earshot, Justin turned to face Amelia who didn't look so happy. taking her into his arms, he hugged her tight. "Babe, what's going on in your pretty little head?"

"Everything, but most of all it's the wedding. It's one month away and they still getting the cake, designs, tables, everything wrong. I'm just afraid our wedding is going to be a disaster," she spilled.

Tipping her head back slightly, he tried to comfort her. I know it might seem a mess right now, I promise that it's going to be fine. Stop worrying about that for now. I think I know what you need to relax.," he huskily whispered to her. Leaning in, he softly pecked at her lips, caressing her cheek with his thumb. A soft moan escaped her lips as he gently opened her mouth. After that, the kiss didn't go very far because they were interrupted by Jislea.

"Daddy, mommy no breathing," the little girl screamed, tearing apart the couple who looked very embarrassed.

Burying her embarrassed face into Justin's chest, Justin figured he was the one to explain the scene. Jisela approached the two of them and sat on her mom's lap.

"No, mommy is breathing just fine. I was just giving her a kiss, that's all," he said getting a "look" from Amelia.

Jisela sat there with a clueless look on her face she tried to figure out what her father was explaining. For such a young age,3 /12, she was always trying to act grown and understand things she was too young for.

"Babygirl, you're just too young to understand, ok. When you get older, we'll be having a conversation about this. Now how about we go play with those toys of yours like daddy promised we would." Kissing the top of her daughters head.

"Otay. Let go." She hoped off and waited for them to move. Laughing, Justin got up first and pretended to be train.

Getting down on his hands and knees."Now my lady, hop on the chew chew! We're taking off soon." Giggling, she hoped on Justin's back and he trudged towards the room with Jislea making train noises with him. Shaking her head, she smiled widely at how fast they had grown to each other and the similarities between the father and daughter.

"Mommy!" With that's holler, she made her way to the room and got mauled by Justin.

"Doggy pile!," he screamed and Jislea joined him on top of Amelia. All three erupted in giggles.

"You guys are ridiculous when you get together. Better be glad I love you both," she informed.

"Awww... huggies," the little girl announced, as she hugged both her parents.

"She has to stop hanging around Joey and Chris," Justin laughed.
