�Honey, where are my black socks?,� Justin screamed from the bedroom while Jisela diligently watched Sponge Bob. Amelia, who had been relaxing in the huge bath tub they had recently put in, rolled her eyes in annoyance. Justin had been bugging her all day about where his belongings were. It was the day before their wedding and it was decided that Justin would stay over his parents house with Paul, Trace, and the guys, while the girls all moved in with Amelia and Jisela.
�There in the draw where I put them yesterday. If their not there, check in closet with your mounds of shoes.� Slipping down further, she closed her eyes to regain her relaxing feel. In the bedroom, Jisela had pulled her eyes away from the television to fulfill her curiosity.
�Daddy, where you going?, she questioned with the most soft curious eyes. Stopping what he was doing, he looked at her and his heart melted. He was so happy to finally have his family especially the little one. He had grown so attached to her and couldn�t see him living without his baby girl.
�Daddy�s going to be at grandpa's house for the night. You remember what mommy and I said about having a big celebration tomorrow?� She shook her head yes. �Well me leaving for the night is apart of that. Don�t worry though, I�ll see you tomorrow afternoon when you arrive with mommy.� Shaking her head once again, she let out a big smile and then went back to the TV.
A few hours later, Justin had left the house and all the women had arrived. Amelia sat on the chair with Jisela on her lap, playing with her doll, just thinking about how happy she was. She had finally regain the happiness she once had when she was with Justin, his family, and friends. Everyone that was important and special to her over the last 2 years was apart of her special day, Courtney, Cortanay, Zahra, Bobbie, Mrs. and Mr. White, and Nick. She made sure that she kept in touch with the people she had become so close with in Texas.
The clinking of Courtney�s wine glass broke Amelia out of her thoughts. �Ladies, Ladies, I want to make a toast.� Glasses were given out to all the women. �I want to wish Amelia all the best with the baby and her wedding because girl, you know you deserve it!� Everyone shared a joyful laugh to that. Smiling at all the women, Amelia expressed how she felt.
�Thank you Court. With all of you guys thanking me, I would like to thank you. Over the past three years I�ve been through so much and everyone single one of you have been in at least one or more of my hardships, helped me to fight through them, and gave me the strength to go on. Thank you!,� she ended with silent tears fallen from her brown eyes. Lynn, Courtney, Cortanay, Zahra, Mrs. White, and Bobbie all held the look of love in their eyes after her speech. Lynn crept slowly beside her to comfort the emotional woman as Jisela look on with curiosity as to what was going on and why her mom was crying, but that didn�t stop her little outburst.
�Mommy, I need to poppy,� she screamed. The women exploded into laughter and Amelia couldn�t help it as well. Grabbing her up, �You know just when to break an sad moment and make it funny. Hmm...Just like your father.�
The men were having a grand ole� time drinking, playing cards, and joking about. Besides his best friend Trace and the guys, Amelia had two other invites that would be apart of the wedding, Mr. White and Nick, her co-worker at her last job. Earlier in that evening, Nick and Mr. White had pulled Justin aside and expressed how he hopes Justin would protect her and the babies in anyway he could, that everything with Amelia will work and to forever keep her happy. Justin understood his protectiveness over her since he experienced the hardships she went through with Jisela.
Justin was kind of glad that she found Nick because he seemed to have leveled her out a bit and by hanging out with him tonight, showed him just why he and Amelia were so close. A yawn escaped Justin mouth which didn�t go unnoticed by Joey.
�Yo man, you not sleeping on us already?�
�Yea man. I�m so tired. I didn�t get enough sleep last night and woke up pretty damn early today. I might just hit the sack. My big day is tomorrow and I need as much sleep as possible,� he yawned again.
�The boy�s right! We need to get to sleep. I bet you the women are all asleep just waiting for day break,� Mr. White piped in.
�Yea, I agree with George here. I dead tired and I�ll be grouchy as hell if I don�t sleep enough.� JC announced, slamming down his cards. �Is everyone in?� A round of yeah�s rang, but one was a No, whom other than Joey.
�You guys are a bunch of sissy�s! I�ve never been to a bachelor party and not do anything,� he stated, while all the guys began to walk to their rooms, leaving Joey all to himself. Sitting there for only 5 minutes, he gave up went along with the others.
