| It was early morning and the house was fairly quiet. Lynn and Jisela were sleeping soundly, while Justin was wide-awake looking through the fridge. He had fallen asleep so early yesterday, which his body wasn't tired and rest wasn't possible. Sitting down at the table with a glass of orange juice, the soundless house was starting make him paranoid about being alone. Placing his cup in the sink, he decided he would take a look around the house. The house Amelia held herself and Jisela in for 2 years. Deciding to start from upstairs, Justin walked along the hallways. While he was walking around, curiosity got the best of him when he stood in front of Amelias bedroom. He really wanted to go in, but he felt that he would be disrespecting her privacy. Going in without another thought, he had to smile when he saw the inside of the room. It was nicely painted in a lavender color and had white clouds surrounding her. He remembered she always wanted her room to look like that, but never had the guts to try and do it. Turning to his left side, a medium size box caught his eye with a teddy bears arm hanging out a little. The teddy bear looked vaguely familiar. Lifting the lid off the box, he let out a small gasp. The box was full of things Justin had given Amelia over their entire relationship. Justin certainly didnt expect her to possibly keep these things, but inside he felt relieved to know that she still as hanging on. Looking at the different things such as love letters he would send her to jewelry. Lifting a stray of pictures of them at the carnival, memory of that day came to him. *~The Carnival~* Justin look! Its a photo booth. Come on lets take some pictures, squealed Amelia. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ok....ok. Why are you so excited about a photo booth?, laughed Justin. Because....just because. Dont ask questions, just get you butt in there and give me those pearly white teeth, demanded Amelia. Fixing herself on Justins lap, she placed the money in and flashes immediately went off. The posed in as many positions they could. The funniest one was when Justin looked at her with crossed eyes and stuck his tongue out and she laughed, the booth catching it all. When their pictures were done, they still stayed in there and laughed at all the fun they were having. Stopping her giggles, she looked Justin in the yes with seriousness. Leaning down, she planted a soft kiss upon his lips, which he gladly returned. Soon, the kiss became more passionate and Amelia pulled away before they got carried away in public. A small smile reached both of their lips. What was that for?, asked Justin. Pretending like she didnt hear him, she started to hum a tune. Tickling her sides, she begged him to stop. Ok...ok. I love you and those lips. Thats why. I cant enough of them, Amelia whispered seductively in his ear. Chills ran up Justins spine from her voice. You are so naughty. You know that, but I love you too, said Justin, kissing her forehead, Now lets get out of this booth, my butt is starting to hurt." Amelia busted out in a fit of giggles with Justin looking at her like she was crazy. Sighing, Justin put down the pictures and picked up a diamond heart necklace. Running his fingertips over the diamonds, he flipped it to the next side. On the back, the necklace read Justin and Amelias initials bind together. A small tear escaped from his eyes as he remembered that was the last gift her gave her before she left him. *~Christmas day, Memphis~* The whole Timberlake and Harless family was all gathered around the Christmas tree. They had been singing carols and talking about many things. The house smelled like the aroma of freshly baked cookies and eggnog. Justin had been planning this night for a long time. He was very glad that his family loved Amelia like she was their family. He knew that this was one of the many worries she had about going down south with him. Coming up from behind her, he wrapped his arms around her waist. Hey, do you think you can come outside for a moment?, asked Justin. Yeah, we can. Let me go get my coat and Ill be right with you, spoke Amelia. No need, I have it already, smiled Justin. Laughing, she put on her coat with the help of Justin. Grabbing her hand, he led her to the backyard, where the snow was falling and the moon was casting its light on that section of the house. Sitting down, he turned on his side and grabbed her hand. Wow, its so beautiful out here at night, gushed Amelia. Yeah, it is. I always like coming out here at night because you see all the stars and the moon, stated Justin. Ok now, why we out here?, asked Amelia. Giving a bright smile, he kissed her hands. Justin, you did not bring me out here in the cold to make out did you?, exclaimed Amelia. Ha, ha, ha, ha, no. This is what I brought you out here for, said Justin, pulling out a velvet box. Justin, are you.....pro....proposing to me?, stuttered Amelia. Quickly, Justin shook his head and tried to explain. Oh, no.... no, but if I did propose, it would be more romantic than this. See this is what I got you. Happy Christmas, said Justin, opening the box, which held the beautiful diamond necklace. Oh my god, Justin you didnt have to. This is so sweet, cried Amelia, taking the necklace out, Justin placed it around her neck. Well, you deserve it. Just think of it as my heart with you, spoke Justin, placing a soft kiss on her lips. Hearing footsteps and his name being called, he hurriedly put back all the things in place. Straightening his clothes, he closed the door behind him and met with his mother. Mama, what is it?, asked Justin. Holding the phone to her heart, she place her left hand on Justin faced and said the words that he had been waiting to hear. Amelia is awake, cried Lynn. Back Home Chapter 15 |
