The Curriculum

A small group of dedicated pioneers in social development within the CODE-NGO regularly met for the past three years to identify and discuss successor generation issues. Numerous meetings and workshops were conducted to sharpen the concepts and frameworks. Innovative training modules were developed based on the identified roles or characteristics essential for NGO leaders today. These roles were subsumed into the following modules:
