September 2000 10 Females + 3 Males=13 participants, 4 from Luzon; 4
from Visayas; 2 from Mindanao; 3 with national coverage, younger
generation compared to fire batch; distribution among networks :
PHILDHRRA –2, VISNET-2, NATCCO –2, PHILSSA –2, AF-3, CBD –1,
NCSD -1

2002 6 males + 6 females = 12 participants; 1 from the Kalinga indigenous people community; 1 Muslim woman from Lanao. They all work for NGOs that directly work for the grassroots. There should be 14 participants but 2 females withdrew their participation – 1 from NATCCO & 1 from AF. There are no learning partnerships anymore. But the essence of mentoring is still present thru the skilled guidance of the steering committee. Opened to non-CODE NGO members. Al Mujadilah Foundation, Lanao Foundation and Palawan NGO Network. Inc. were able to benefit from this. Training manual helped refine the implementation of the modules.
