In cooperation with State Research Institute "Orion" which has experience working and technology base in elaboration and fabrication of solid state microwave electronics the laboratory involves in elaboration of the Q-, D-band CW and pulse microwave bridges designed for EPR, ESE and pulse ENDOR experiments
Double - transit Si IMPATT diodes are used in designing of mw generator, amplifier and mixer modules as the one of the most perspective active elements in short wavelength of the microwave range.
