Techniques
Fuujin no Mai: Or, Dance of the Wind-blades. As suggested, this attack uses wind in the shape of crescent-like "blades". This is the attack she uses the most.
Ryuujya no Mai: Or, Dance of the Dragon-twisters. This attack creates tornado-like winds. And um... that's about it ^^;
Shikabane Mai: Or, Corpse Dance. Much like the name intends, this attack is used to control corpses, or soul-less beings.
Feather: *ahem* While I highly doubt this would be considered a technique, Kagura's way of transportation, and escape, is a feather.
Family
Kagura's only "family" are her fellow detachments (Kanna, Goshinki, Kageromaru, Juuromaru, Musou, Akago, Hakudoushi), and of course, her "father", Naraku.
Personality
Kagura is usually very calm and collected, though she can become quite the hand-full at times. Despite Naraku having a hold on her life, she's always looking for a way to kill him, and she never let his punishments break her spirit.
