Immunotherapy is set as a control problem under state-control constraints, and then treated using Aubin viability theory to get a set of feedback protocol laws (itp laws) which destroy the tumor. As a noteworthy fact in cancer modeling, either of the events below may hold for a cancer patient: (1) His cancer is less developed, then it can be cured with an itp law. (2) The cancer is developed. It can be
cured, but with undesirable effects in the beginning of the session. (3) Cancer is so advanced that it is not curable.
