Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Mohailan Abdul--Rahman Al-Muhailan (Kuwait) was assigned the Minister of Health in 1994, who was considered to be one of the members in physiotherapy field. He is now the Chairman of Kuwait Establishment for Educational Services Center. Sandra Mercer Moore Dr. Sandra Mercer Moore is President of the World Confederation for Physical Therapy. She is a former Chairman of WCPT -- Asia Western Pacific Region and President of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She graduated in Physiotherapy in Australia where she worked in hospitals, clinics and private practice. She traveled overseas and worked in USA, Canada and United Kingdom. On return to Australia she opened her own private practice and was for many years a leading private practitioner in Australia and was Chairman of the Australian Private Practitioners Group. Sandra was the inaugural Chairman of the International Private Practitioners Association, a WCPT official subgroup. These days, having completed Masters and Doctorate degrees in Business Administration, she works as a management consultant providing advice to government departments, hospitals and private practitioners in the health care industry. Prof. Santos Sastre Santos Sastre (Spain) is the president of AEF(Association Espanola de Fisioterapia), professor at the University of Barcelona, and Director of Rehabilitation Center and Physical Medicine. He had published 7 books and 35 articles and won five scientific premiums in Physiotherapy and Health in the years (1983, 1984, 1986, 1988 and 1995).
